A balance of strengthening and lengthening through a sequence of flowing asanas. This class is a great way to improve flexibility, build strength, release stress and improve blood flow. Improve the mind body connection to allow the recruitment of more muscle fibres, express more oxygen around the body and to become more consciously aware of where your body is at on a daily basis. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury, please advise your instructor.
