FREESTYLE WEIGHTS

This means that in this class, resistance is provided by a barbell, dumbbells, or any other free moving object. Some common examples include any type of barbell or dumbbell press, row, curl, extension, or deadlift. Often you move along to the beat of the music to help guide the timing of your repetitions to achieve a desired result.
