Yoga Nidra (Meditation)

Yoga Nidra is an enjoyable and easy practice that is more accessible than other types of yoga as the only requirement is to lie down and listen. In this 60 minute class you will be guided through a deep practice where you will unwind accumulated tensions, release your body from stress and direct your body into a full state of relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
