At Crunch, we’re constantly dreaming up wild new classes to bring to our members. We’ve done this from day one and it’s the hallmark of our approach to fitness – make ‘em sweat and make it fun! To keep things easy we’ve created three categories and listed some examples of classes to give you an idea of how we fuse Group Fitness and Personal Training to give you a great variety of classes: Action Sports, Chill Outs, Chisel It and Dance Rhythms.
ACTION SPORTS: Sport specific, interval training, high energy and boot camp style workouts
We accommodate all levels of sport action and interaction within our energetic, versatile Action Sport classes. Train like a Warrior, get the latest tips on how to achieve the results of your favourite celebrities or challenge a mate to some muay thai techniques in Fight Fit.
DANCE RHYTHMS: Dance classes that vary in style, co-ordination and ease
Experience a variety of different styles, rhythms and movements in our creative dance classes. Shimmy your way through belly dance, samba your hips in Zumba, let your hair down in burlesque dolls, or explore your way through the many other dance classes Crunch has to offer.
CHILL OUTS: Mind body workouts
Walk in and zone out as you treat your body to the ultimate chillout session. Breathe, flow and meditate in our soothing yoga classes or enjoy the many creative sequences on offer in our fatburning pilates classes.
